The aim of her website is to provide resources, mentorship & leadership for those building vibrant communities.

Connie says that as the community manager role becomes more prevalent she strives to contribute to best practices. The precepts of community building apply to businesses no matter their size or type making this area critical to the integration of social media tools. It’s about building relationships rather than the technology.

Her experience ranges from ten years of leadership experience in a public library system (She love books & authors!); teaching HS Spanish (She love teaching); and a stint as a US Customs Inspector.

Connie is establishing her personal brand website at www.conniebensen.com

Ann’s personal website www.annhandley.com is her place to talk about the state of “Annarchy.” Annarchy is her world which she suggests is a general state of disorder and occasional (yes!) chaos. She talks about the interesting bits of life, that doesn’t fit into either her business blogging or freelance editorializing.
