Ryan L. Endres, PMP holds a bachelors of science from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse; a certificate in Project Management and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
Currently, he works for the University of Wisconsin Madison at the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences where he heads up their Project Management Office (PMO).
During his tenure, he has gained a reputation for successfully leading complex critical projects (including worldwide clinical trials and software development projects using the SDLC process), monitoring the organization’s portfolio, creating a PMO from the ground up (including manuals, templates, training and helping build a SharePoint system to track projects) along with mentoring his staff.
He is also the Co-Founder of Walker Downey and Associates an evidence-based product safety and development consulting company which provides strategic project management solutions for clients in the healthcare industries.
